948 Kitchen (The Place That Has Shabu-Shabu and A Buffet), by Esther Kim

On September 17th, 2021, we went to a building that is in Suwon, Gwanggo for lunch. On the second floor, we went to a restaurant named "948 Kitchen." Inside, there was a huge wall and there were two sides to sit on. One is close to the window, and the other has many tables. On the wall, there were many kinds of food, such as a buffet. My whole family, my mother, my father, my brother, and I sat on the side that had many tables, but because of Covid-19, there was no one sitting except the other side. My brother and I sat on the chair that was stuck to the wall, with the cushion. When we sat, it was comfortable and cold. In the ceiling, there was an aircon that was exactly on top of our chair. The atmosphere smelled of Shabu-Shabu, and many other kinds of food, and the mood was good and a little quiet.

When we sat, the waiter came and asked for our order. In the menu, there were Shabu-Shabu sizes, and drinking: sidar, cola, etc. We ordered a medium-sized Shabu-Shabu. While we were waiting, we went to the other side of the wall and started to pick the other kinds of food. There were tteokbokki, chiken, pizza, noodles, and also ades. When we sat down with the dish of food, the waiter brought a large pan with Shabu-Shabu and other vegetables. The waiter gave instructions for Shabu-Shabu, and we waited while the foods inside the pan were boiling. When I ate the Shabu-Shabu, it melted in a few bites. The buffet was delicious, and the Shabu-Shabu was melting inside our mouths. I like to give 5 out of 5stars to Shabu-Shabu because of the melting taste, and also 5 out of 5 stars to the buffet because I went to the buffet until that day.
